A DAO brewery is to open in Munich. The startup MetaBrewSociety (MBS) plans to set up beer production in Munich, Germany, and give management to NFT holders gathered in an autonomous decentralized organization.
The company plans to issue NFTs that give holders a say in the management of the actual brewery.
NFTs would entitle the holder to 100 cans of free beer per year, and the sale of NFTs would help fund the purchase and scale of the brewery. After the purchase of the physical brewery, the project will reorganize into a DAO consisting of holders of NFTs.
