FC Barcelona releases its first NFT
The soccer club is releasing its NFT collection. "In a Way, Immortal" is an audio-visual image recreating the legendary moment of December 22, 1973, when the iconic Dutch player Johan Cruyff "flew" through the air to score the decisive goal against Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Miguel Reina. This is the first of ten NFTs being prepared.
The auction will take place July 29 at Sotheby's, and bids are already being accepted. The owner of the token will receive VIP opportunities: the title of digital ambassador of Barcelona and access to the club's academy.
