PROOF OF CONFERENCE CANCELLED
Proof Collective and CEO Kevin Rose, famous for Moonbirds NFTs, have canceled their scheduled Proof of Conference, saying "considerably less interest than anticipated."
A note from Kevin Rose reads, "As you know, in the world of NFTs, timing is everything, and today, it's time for us to recognize that right now isn't the right time for the Proof of Conference."
The team announced that ticket buyers would be fully refunded, including hotels booked using its discounts, and airfare fees can be submitted to Proof for refund consideration.
However, Moonbirds holders aren't accepting Proof's apologies as they unstake their NFTs following the news. The report shows that a total of 47 NFTs were unstaked.
