After all, the difference between DEX and CEX, is decentralization. And to turn a decentralized Web3 exchange with manual moderation and paid placement, contradicts the entire ideology of the crypto market, and the precepts of Pavel Durov (who incidentally is also developing a TON exchange from Telegram).
