SushiSwap To Join Avalanche Incentive Program
Popular decentralized exchange (DEX) SushiSwap is the latest decentralized finance (DeFi) project to join Avalanche's $180 million incentive program. Avalanche Rush has already attracted the Aave lending protocol and the Curve automated market maker (AMM).
Avalanche is a blockchain PoS created by Ava Labs. It claims to process 4,500 transactions per second without the security compromises typically associated with blockchains that can transfer data quickly. Avalanche Rush has certainly boosted investor confidence in the Tier 1 blockchain, which launched its network last September, as the price of AVAX, Avalanche's own token, has risen more than 300 percent in the past seven days, according to Messari. The addition of SushiSwap adds another degree of functionality to what Avalanche has to offer DeFi users.
