It could be that USD is going for a fake breakout (more the way I see it) while BTC further consolidates. Looking at CME chart, BTC is standing between 2 gaps, 28740$ and 20330$ left on this recent pump.

Other indexes are eating shit but it already seems too bloody or exhausted, thus I believe those indexes will turn bullish quite soon and although they can or cannot be correlated it would give a fairer chance to Bitcoin IMO, either way we all know what BTC is capable judging it's history in time of crisis or when all seems to be going south... I wouldn't discard a bull run. As a bearish scenario, you know, if BTC gives the move all away and isn't just just a range like the one referred above, then I don't think an overall lower low could happen, but 13k — 8k are among the possibilities which could be a bullish reversal point for a start of new era (lmao!)
