The S&P 500 price is moving in an ascending channel from more than one and a half year and currently the price has broken its strongest ascending trendline support and we have seen a drop in the price to lower line of the channel where there is also a support a EMA 55 which holds the price there.

A retest is also pending of the broken support and if we see a successful retest then the price will become weak and we will see a drop in the price to the level of $4200 which is also a strong support and a POC level.
If it continues to move in the channel then we will see gain in the price.
