TECHNICAL (4H)
Over the last 24 hours, BTC has seen a 4% drop our $24,240 mid term highs down to $23,200, level around which we're still trading now. This move has also pushed most higher market cap alts towards new short term lows, however, the overall market remains stable and BTC has not even gotten close to its key mid term support level at $23,000, which must hold in order to maintain mid term strength.

SENTIMENT
Short term sentiment has been looking like a rollercoaster over the last 2 weeks, reaching new local highs and new local lows pretty much every couple of days, and while it's currently slightly bearish after our la drop, mid term sentiment remains considerably bullish and could be responsible for our next high volume move. Long term sentiment is still to be determined.

Even though the market is currently showing pretty important signs of short/mid term indecisiveness, the overall outlook on the market is bullish, specially considering price action over January, which fueled most higher market cap alts to their current levels. Once again gaining bullish strength on lower time frames, BTC has managed to reach a new local high of $24,270 (above our key $23,185 key mid term support and resistance level). If strength is maintained by the bulls for the next couple of hours, we're very likely heading even higher over the next couple of days, potentially reaching new highs above $25,500.

SENTIMENT
Short term sentiment has once again exploded, and combined with a relatively bullish mid term overall sentiment, we could see a strong continuation towards the upside in the next few weeks, for which we'll be more than ready, and could turn the tables once again in favor of the bulls on the long term.

Most current Sicilian positions are currently in profit and waiting patiently for higher targets to be reached, which we also expect to see in the next couple of weeks.
