2021-07-15 04:20:10 Reminder - [Testnet] Scheduled Temporary Downtime in One Hour

Please be reminded that we will temporarily halt trading in our production (Mainnet) environment in one hour (Thursday, 29 July at 02:15 UTC) to facilitate a major upgrade to our operating system. From this time, any order actions will be rejected. Deposits made will be queued for processing.

The system will be online again in cancel-only mode from approximately 03:10 UTC. Order cancel requests and deposits will be processed normally. Continuous trading will recommence from approximately 03:15 UTC.

From the halt of trading until continuous trading resumes, there will be no Mark Price updates and hence no liquidations.

2021-07-13 07:07:29 REMINDER: We are launching the AAVEUSDT Quanto Perpetual Swap with up to 33x leverage tomorrow, 04:00 UTC on 14 July 2021. The contract became visible on the platform from 04:00 UTC on 13 July 2021 as Unlisted.

As with all quanto contracts, the AAVEUSDT product will have a fixed Bitcoin multiplier regardless of the Tether/AAVE price. This allows traders to long or short the AAVE/USDT exchange rate without ever touching either AAVE or USDT.

The contract will be visible on the platform from 04:00 UTC on 13 July 2021 as Unlisted, 24 hours before start of trading.

Brian Rankin has been promoted to the role of Chief Information Security Officer with the task of protecting our information assets from a range of malicious actors.
