The hacker behind the recent $610M Poly Network attack has given back nearly all of the money.
Despite being offered a $500K bounty, the hacker chose to return the funds he stole from the DeFi network instead. The money, which the hacker was able to secure due to a vulnerability between contract calls, has been put into a wallet that can be accessed by the Poly team.
The hacker, who has spoken to members of the Poly Network through embedded messages in ETH transactions, reportedly only did the hack for fun.
