Fortune, a business magazine, has made $1.3M+ selling NFT versions of its most recent cover art.
The limited edition NFTs were based off the cover of the August/September issue, which was crypto focussed. They were auctioned off on OpenSea for a grand total of 429 ETH, with some now up for resale at much higher prices.
Robert Hackett, technology editor of the magazine, stated that half of the NFT proceeds would go to charitable organisations.
