A number of companies in the US have been filing for ETFs recently, and they have now been joined by Kryptcoin Investment Advisors, a group based in Delaware.
Kryptcoin has filed for an Ethereum ETF with the SEC. The plan is to issue common shares on the Chicago Board Options Exchange's BZX Exchange. The value of the shares will then be dictated by the CF Ether-Dollar US settlement price.
