Governance and Coordination Group, would like to ask Centrifuge Community and CFG token holders for feedback regarding this proposal.

Short Summary:
- Implement a block reward to Centrifuge Parachain
- Improvement of Collator Reward Cycle

High-level objective:
This proposal is aimed to improve Collators management and implement a block reward to the Centrifuge Parachain and funding the Centrifuge Treasury, which will solve a number of issues.

The Centrifuge DAO is in its very early stage and in order to make it the best version of itself, we can draw from the experiences from other DAOs to avoid falling into the same pitfalls and together agree on how we want to shape our own DAO!

The Governance and Coordination Group made it one of their objectives to create the founding documents of the DAO. However, the content of those documents should be a collective effort and this will be a discussion point on our Governance Call later today.

1. The agreed upon Shared Mission

Remember, that you don’t lose your CFG tokens by voting on referenda - they are just locked for the duration of the vote. After that, they will be available for transfer again. You can make your vote count for more by voting with conviction which means that you can vote with up to 6X the amount of tokens you have, by locking them for a longer period of time.
