We have received questions of community members that wanted to change their receiving wallet address due to hacks or private keys that were lost.

For a limited period of time, users can change their wallet address on their Republic profile. Make sure to do this ASAP as we have to close it down when we start distributing the tokens.

We'll get back to you all with an update on the exact dates of the Polkastarter whitelist & sale, token distribution and listing process shortly!

Dear Cere community,

Together with our partner Republic, we update you today about the token distribution:

It’s been a few weeks since the closing of the Cere Network offering and we’re eager to share our progress with you. While the token contract has successfully been finalized, audited, and is ready for distribution, we are currently finalizing our next steps with a variety of partners that will be pivotal to the success of our network.

For this reason, we ask that you continue to wait patiently as we get everything in order, and we will clearly and loudly announce the distribution with enough advance notice for everyone to take

Why the delay?

While it is true that the Cere Network ERC20 tokens are ready for deployment, we are aware of many players in the space that are eager to gain access to the token via decentralized exchanges and launch the Cere token on markets that are misaligned with our agenda.

Because crypto is such an open ecosystem, we will be unable to prevent certain actions from occurring after distributing the Cere tokens, and it is our goal to have a concise, planned rollout to support our community in the best way possible. We are working diligently behind the scenes to secure a variety of listings and partnerships, and some of these things are taking slightly longer than expected- but we’re working on it!

Dear Community,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your ongoing commitment and patience in this fundraising process.

As we are experiencing a slight delay with our offering on Polkastarter and initial listing, we wanted to update you today with some exciting news!

The Cere team is working hard behind the scenes to improve our ecosystem. Just last, week we onboarded 5 new employees, bringing our total close to 60 employees! These new hires will be putting their expertise to work in the enterprise integration team and blockchain innovation team.

Next to that, we’re in the process of setting up a joint venture with one of the biggest blockchain projects in the space, aimed at mass retail adoption. More information about this partnership will be released soon!

Concerning the Polkastarter offering:

The Cere Team will immediately share information with the community if there is scope for it. Cere Network is a real business and therefore acts in this way when providing information, ALSO when it comes to announcements which include sensitive information.

In order to execute the Cere listing on Polkastarter, there are still a few hurdles to clear. Until then, Cere Token can not be distributed, nor can Cere Token be listed.

This means the final date for the Polkastarter offering has not been set yet.

So the ongoing message till the moment we can share information with you is:

Please wait for the official announcement on both token distribution and Polkastarter date and (second) whitelist procedure.

Dear community,

We’re currently receiving a lot of questions about the Polkastarter IDO and whitelist.

The team is very aware of the fact that the community is waiting for further announcements regarding the KYC, POLS requirements and the official date. Yet, we can only supply you with relevant information, once the messaging is finalised and confirmed by all parties involved.

What we can announce today, is that we will be opening the second round of whitelisting (for POLS-holders) for the Polkastarter offering in the upcoming days.

Regarding KYC: We will be KYC'ing both rounds of Polkastarter whitelists at the same time, once these lists have both been finalized.
