The priority from the upper border of the flat is descending. Not because I simply want it to be, but due to statistics that account for two open gaps below the price.

A retirement savings service provider, ForUsAll, is suing the U.S. Department of Labor over recent guidance issued to fund managers and companies that offer 401(k) holders the option to invest in crypto-assets, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The San Francisco-based administrator filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., claiming the guidance provided by the regulator was a violation of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). ForUsAll is planning to let workers on its retirement plans invest up to 5% of their contributions in crypto. The firm has partnered with Coinbase to allow workers to invest in cryptocurrencies using a self-directed brokerage window.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse says the San Francisco-based payments company plans to consider acquiring other crypto projects in the future.Garlinghouse tells CNBC Ripple has a “very strong balance sheet” and is at the stage of its growth where it’s more likely to be a buyer than a seller.

Garlinghouse adds Ripple also plans to evaluate the possibility of an initial public offering (IPO) after it concludes its ongoing lawsuit with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).The San Francisco payments company isn’t the only crypto firm thinking about acquisitions: Brett Harrison, president of the crypto exchange FTX.US, also tells CNBC that his firm plans to examine the market “for potential merger and acquisition opportunities” that will aid in securing new users and/or regulatory licenses.

LUNA2 lost 132% of its value on the first day of trading, with the decline attributed to about 30% of airdropped tokens that were free to trade on the 28 May launch, BusinessToday.in reported. The plunge raised fears that LUNA2 could fail.But multiple exchanges supported the Binance airdrop, allowing trading of the new token and sending its price soaring to $30 on some platforms before it retreated, according to Cryptopotato.

The Dubai Charity Association, is now receiving donations in cryptocurrencies, through a partnership with a cryptocurrency platform.Under the partnership, the platform will receive donations in cryptocurrencies and then transfers them to the association’s bank account in the local currency.

Khalid Al Olama, Secretary-General of the Association, said receiving donations in cryptocurrencies is unprecedented in charity work in the UAE, and will help attract donations that will benefit those in need.Adel Mattar, Board Member at the Association, commended the association’s cooperation with Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, which is supporting the process for receiving donations in cryptocurrencies.

We have the first target with a profit of +12% with x5 leverage. The main targets are placed up to $34k and the $36k target is there just in case.

After reaching the targets I will be looking for the price to descent and soon I will be looking for a Short.
