Travel Ban Imposed on Liang Guo
In a surprising turn of events, the ex-chief of Blockchain Global, Liang Guo, has been barred from leaving Australia. The Federal Court of Australia issued a court order on February 28, effectively grounding him.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) wasted no time and swiftly obtained an interim travel restraint order against Guo. This move aims to ensure he stays put while investigations are underway.

No Passport, No Departure
Guo's wings have been clipped as he must now surrender all his passports. This measure is in place until August 20, preventing any attempts to flee the country. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 12.

Serious Allegations
Justice Catherine Button didn't mince words, calling the allegations against Guo "very serious." It is claimed that he misappropriated a staggering $1.69 million from ACX Exchange investor funds and moved 21.11 Bitcoin worth around $1.3 million into his own wallet.
