The developers of Shiba Inu have claims to CoinMarketCap
The administrators of CoinMarketCap (CMC) aggregator deliberately added links to the addresses of smart contracts in the description of Shiba Inu (SHIB) project, which are not directly related to the project. The developers of the "meme" altcoin stated about this on their Twitter page.
The developers' claim concerns the appearance of fake smart contracts for SHIB in the list of official contracts on the page of the project. In fact, SHIB is exclusively a token based on the Ethereum blockchain, but other networks, including Solana and Binance Smart Chain, are also listed on the CMC page.
Developers claim that CMC refused to respond to claims of unauthorized address listings. The developers' official position is as follows:
"The defense team at Shiba Inu is extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by CoinMarketCap, a resource considered a bastion of integrity in the cryptocurrency community."
