A note to the Deximum Community!
Dear market-makers, over the last few weeks, our Support department has received plenty of tickets regarding issues with USDT-ERC20 deposits, specifically users sending BEP-20 coins to the ERC-20 address.
We want to kindly remind you that our platform does not yet support BEP-20 currencies. When sending funds from your exchange wallet, make sure to double-check that you're sending USDT through the Ethereum network (ERC-20 network). If you send any other types of coins to the deposit address, they may be lost forever.
A quick reminder: please, make sure to only send USDT-ERC20 to your deposit address using ERC20 network (Ethereum).
