2021-08-29 19:54:58 Hey guys, So I minted some Bored Mutant Yacht Club yesterday. They are Bored Ape Yacht clubs new project. They are so cool. I am still waiting for one of my apes to show me the traits. I do not even know what I got it yesterday, I am still waiting patiently. But I will show you guys a pic of one of the ones that has been revealed to me. I did pretty well. I got a decently rare one. Prob around middle of the pack. The floor price of the all of them is 8 ETH. and you could've minted one yesterday at around 2.5 ETH. Which is an amazing one day return! The floor of mine is 11 ETH.

I Honestly think I like these better than the originals. They also decided to make some 1 of 1's in this set. Which is amazing! Love when collectables do that. I Saw It sell for 222 ETH (around $711k USD) In the first day. Which is Insane! NFT's are blowing up right now! Check link below and check bottom for sale history and you'll see the sale.

2021-08-27 21:40:00 Hey Guys Check out one my latest Tweets I bought a Rapture! It is another Art Blocks Project that's relatively low price and this artist is doing a Curated Drop soon. So I think the same thing will happen that happened to the Octogardens. Come closer to the artists Curated drop people will start buying up the Raptures, and raise the price of them. So now would be a good time to buy early if you can in my opinion.

I only give advise on things that I am doing personally. I would never tell anyone to do anything that I am not willing to do myself. Remember this isn't financial advise. I have definitely lost money investing before. Anyone who is telling you differently is lying. But I have definitely made a lot more than I have lost. I think I have proven that to you guys especially with my NFT posts recently.

I unfortunately didn't get one as it sold out too quickly. 1000 People paid $15,000 or more to buy these without even knowing which one they are going to recieve that's how you know Art Blocks is Blowing up!

Also Octogardens update is now 8 ETH Floor. So anyone who bought when I mentioned it in the group almost made A quick 2X in less than a day! I believe it'll keep going up today as his Curated drop is flying!

For anyone new to the channel Rich City is a social NFT mobile game. You’ll be able to collect rare NFT’s, meet other players in the game, trade or sell NFT’s to make real money, and have your own room (that you can upgrade) to display all your NFT’s. Right now they’re sitting at a 3 mill market cap.. just think when they launch their game and they target not only the crypto space, but anyone who plays mobile games. We might be hearing “Rich City or Axie” in the near future.

2021-08-27 02:40:09 Tomorrow at 12 PM EST. Theres a Curated Art Blocks Drop, by an Artist named Rich Lord. The Drop is called Geometry Runners. My first ever NFT I minted was An Octogarden, which was Rich Lord's last drop. It was an Art Blocks Factory drop. There are three different categories of art on Art Blocks website (I will put links below). There is Curated which is the higher end artists, Playground, and then Factory being the lowest end. Octogardens were a factory drop. But his art is great, and has become popular so Rich Lord is now doing a Curated drop tomorrow.

The way the minting process now works is a Dutch Auction Style. Where people start to mint (buy) the NFT at a starting price of 5 ETH. They will continue to drop the price by .5 ETH until all the NFT's have been minted. Tomorrows drop has 1000 peices.

The popularity of Art Blocks, and NFT's in general over the past week has become insane! I minted a Curated drop 2 weeks ago, and it didn't sell out till it hit 2 ETH. Yesterday it was only a Playground Drop and it sold out at 5 ETH, in 4 minutes. Granted there were only 500 peices, but this is a sign of an extremely heating up NFT Space.

Art Blocks Recently switched to this Dutch Auction Style because of the market. When I minted the Octogarden, like I explained earlier it was my first ever NFT Mint. They were being minted at .2-.44 ETH. Until they sold out. Always stayed at that price, but they would sell out most of the time in seconds. It was hard to get one. My friends and I all tried to mint, and I was one of the lucky ones. The others weren't as lucky, and didn't get one.

So 3 opportunities I see here:
1. Buy Octogardens now, as the floor is 5 ETH. If Tomorrow's Curated Drops mint out at 5 ETH, which instantly creates a price floor of 5 ETH, and then over the span of a week or soon the secondary market the price goes up significantly which has happened almost every time before. I think people will then try and get the Octogardens because they will seem undervalued. which will bring up the price & owning any Art Blocks peices right now I think long term is a good idea as they seemingly all seem to be increasing, as Art Blocks is seeing extreme increasing Demand.
2. Try to mint one tomorrow. From what I have seen the last 2 Curated drops have all atleast doubled since being minted.
3. If your not one of the lucky ones who are able to mint tomorrow, buy one secondary on Opensea right away. Especially if it mints at 5 ETH. The quick flippers will try and make a buck, and you can capitalize by buying an NFT off them, and waiting even a week or two or hold for long term and see nice gains as the NFT Market is Heating up like crazy.

I will be personally trying to acquire one of these tomorrow. I will put a link where you can try and mint these tomorrow. As well as a link to my personal Octogarden, so you can see that I minted it, and you can check the floor prices of the Octogardens at 5 ETH.
