Elon Musk is awaiting the results of his latest Twitter poll which asks if he should stand from his position as chief exec of the social media giant. More than 16.8 million people have already voted, with 58% voting in favor of Musk stepping down as Twitter CEO. In response, Dogecoin fell more than 2%, and is currently trading at $0.773.
