After reaching a new local high at our weekly close ($59,697) BTC went for a dive down to the support we've been testing over and over again ($56,600) also called our current POC or Point of Control. The slow grind towards resistance, printing higher highs and lower lows every couple of days is a patter we know to well and it has two possible outcomes:

1) We finally break and close above our $59,800 Red Box Resistance and head to a new ATH. (Higher probability)

2) We break below our point of control and retest $54,400 as our next support. In this case we could see price action fall down to $52,500 with absolutely no problem. (Lowe probability)

BTC remains both short and mid term bullish as it perfectly retested the $56,596 support (POC) level we told you about days ago and buyer rejected it with strength ($1,000+ buyback). We're about to close a week of extremely low movement and volatility, meaning today's close will be extremely important ot determine market direction for the next week.

We now have a higher chance of reaching that Red Box Resistance level at $59,800 than heading back down for a $54,000 retest to our Blue Box Support. Even though it could take some more time than expected, BTC should reach a new ATH in the next 2-3 weeks judging by historic price action and market structure patterns.

ETH had broken $3,000 on our last update and was rapidly gaining upside momentum. It has made a 33% gain in less than 6 days, making this rally the strongest one we've ever seen for any coin other than BTC.

ETH dominance has been greatly increasing (while BTC dominance has gone through the floor), giving Ether a privileged positions in the market. Adoption potential for it is enormous and mainstream use is becoming a norm. This is all positive sentiment and could bring ETH higher, though it also means less buyer will be available to push the price higher which will inevitably take us to a correction similar to the one in 2017...
