We told you we expected this weekend to be for the bulls, and that's exactly what we got. BTC has once again broken a new swing high at $59,528, and it's getting closer to its $59,800 resistance every single second. As we've seen with the price action patterns of the last week, BTC has a higher probability of doing exactly the opposite of what charts are telling us, meaning that we have a much higher chance of breaking above $59,800 and head towards $62,000

This is simply because we are currently ranging below resistance and this would be generally considered a "bearish pattern". We're sorry for all the FOMO bears falling into this as probability wise they have an enormous change of being wiped out.

Checking our historic BTC Dominance chart models we can't believe how fucking exact they ended up being. After breaking below 59.19% the last week of March, we knew we were starting a downhill spiral. First came our 54.69% support which we knew wasn't going to hold. Then it was 50.17% where we did expect a short term bounce that made no more than a bit of noise in the market before confirming we were breaking down to one of our final long term supports: 43.75%.

We haven't touched this level since July 2018, a level that has been respected religiously and from where we do expect a mid term bounce possibly up to 50.17%.

If this is correct, we should take as much advantage as possible from alts in the next 10-15 days, before we reach 43.75%... because if we bounce down there, the whole market is going to bleed.

We'll keep an eye out for you, you've been warned.

Monthly candle currently on the green with a 0.96% gain over its open. Even though this by itself is not as bullish as we would expect, the fact that it had a 10% rejection to the downside is what makes this monthly candle extremely bullish.

Bulls can now easily progress us to our All Time High at $64,900 and likely above, potentially reaching our next long term invisible resistance/extension at around $99,500.

We will of course have several pit stops in between and this highs would be reached in less than 3-4 weeks if price action develops to the upside. On the other hand, if Bears regain mid and long term support, we are likely going back down to $50,300 which is unlikely but still possible.

Don't say we didn't tell you about it...
