TOR is at a growth stage where strategic partnerships are being formed to facilitate the utility of Farming Pools. This provides incentive to hold $TOR, and increases TVL for our project, aiding adoption.

To further boost the utility of our very own stablecoin $TOR, we believe tapping into the payment system industry is a must! To facilitate payments with $TOR, we have strategic partnerships lined up. These will ensure the widest range of exposure going forward, and therefore, this is why we chose to cooperate with JulWallet.

~What is JulWallet?~
JulWallet aims at creating a completely decentralized finance experience in connection with the fiat world applications like the Visa / Mastercard Debit Card. This is to be achieved by replacing all the third parties in a financial transaction ( for example banks and middle men) with one or more Smart Contracts. This is not only because of distrust in traditional financial institutions, but also to avoid credit and debit card fraud or identity theft. Both NGC Ventures, and Binance Smart Chain are investors of JulWallet.

~How does it work?~
The JulCard is a virtual and physical debit card, which allows users to make payments on over 60 MILLION merchants worldwide. The only option to access the JulCard Smart Contract is via the decentralized JulWallet where a KYC is needed.

Only the owner from the KYC verified and Debit Card contract-assigned wallet can interact with the debit card - identities and funds are secured to a private key and pass phrase.

~What is the HIP proposing?~
The HIP for $125,000 is broken down into two sections.
1. $100,000 for token integration. This means TOR will be integrated into the wallet platform, allowing TOR holders to use TOR as a means of payment.
2. $25,000 for marketing. This includes announcements on Julwallet's twitter, retweets, announcements in all telegram groups, a twitter space, and a video demonstration.
