Тот факт, что котировки золота снова пошли наверх, а криптовалюты продолжили проверять на прочность свои уровни поддержки, говорит о том, что внимание участников рынка переключилось с возможности скорых и резких повышений учетных ставок Центробанками на другой негатив, связанный непосредственно с цифровыми активами.

Опасения вызывает одобрение попечительским советом плана о выплате компенсации трейдерам и инвесторам некогда крупнейшей криптовалютной биржи Mt.Gox.

В 2014 году биржа потеряла 850000 BTC и закрылась, а теперь готова вернуть часть этих средств в размере 141686 BTC их владельцам. Если этим планам суждено претвориться в жизнь, то опасения весьма небеспочвенны. Учитывая, что эти биткоины были приобретены до 2014 года по ценам от 100$ до 1000$ за 1BTC, можно предположить, что большая их часть хлынет на биржи и будет тут же продана, фиксируя своим поневоле счастливым обладателям крупную прибыль в долларовом эквиваленте. С учетом существенно снизившихся за последнее время балансов на биржах, суммы в 142000 BTC вполне достаточно, чтобы приобретателей биткоина по ценам 2021 года сразу сделать несчастливыми.

Правда пока нет стопроцентной уверенности по поводу того, будут ли выплаты осуществлены в BTC или же в фиате. В некоторых объявлениях говорилось о возможной необходимости регистрации банковских реквизитов для получения компенсации.

Зато есть уверенность в том, что Департамент Юстиции США планирует продать именно изъятую криптовалюту на сумму 56млн $, для выплат пострадавшим от скама BitConnect.

Остается надеяться, что истинным апологетам цифровых активов хватит стойкости противостоять новостям о том, что любителям быстрой и отчасти случайной наживы могут подвезти патронов. Правда, мы не знаем, сколько из потенциальных получателей компенсаций первых, а сколько вторых.

Прогноз на сегодня: Техническая сила уровня увеличивается с каждой неудачной попыткой его преодоления. С этой точки зрения уровень 58500 выглядит весьма солидно. Однако, понижающиеся отскоки говорят о том, что тестирование, скорее всего, продолжится в ближайшее время. Прогноз остается прежним. Пока цена находится ниже 62400 риски прорыва и ухода в область 55000-53000 сохраняются.

Pronóstico para hoy: La fortaleza técnica del nivel aumenta con cada intento fallido de superarlo. Desde este punto de vista, el nivel de 58500 parece muy sólido. Sin embargo, los rebotes descendentes sugieren que es probable que las pruebas continúen a corto plazo. El pronóstico sigue siendo el mismo. The fact that gold is back up and cryptocurrencies continue to test their support levels suggests that market attention has shifted from the possibility of rapid and steep central bank interest rate hikes to the other negatives associated directly with digital assets.

Первой из них стало высказывание финансового директора Twitter, о том, что, по его мнению, инвестирование в криптоактивы сейчас не имеют смысла из-за недостатка их регулирования и высокой волатильности. Затем масло в огонь подлила пресс-секретарь Комиссии по Национальному Развитию и Реформам Китая Менг Вей. Она в очередной раз подчеркнула, что майнинг виртуальных валют чрезмерно вреден и потребляет слишком много энергии. Вей также предостерегла государственные предприятия в регионах от любого участия в этом, пригрозив карательными ценами за потребленную электроэнергию. Кроме того, агентство Reuters сообщило, что Народный банк Китая планирует запретить зарубежным биржам предоставлять услуги своим клиентам внутри страны.

Вместе с тем, эти новости не могли послужить единственной причиной такого развития ситуации на рынке. Несмотря на то, что в последнее время отмечалось накопление большого количества длинных позиций на основных криптовалютных биржах, из-за чего ставка финансирования по бессрочным фьючерсам на Binance выросла до полугодового максимума 0,0589%, столь стремительное падение нельзя связывать и с ликвидацией маржинальных покупок. В рамках этой парадигмы, вышедшие сегодня лучше прогнозов данные по розничным продажам в США, развязывают чиновникам руки для таких действий.

Криптовалюты и золото, много выигравшие в последнее время от страха высокой инфляции, стали терять в цене. И, вероятно, продолжат снижение, пока эта новая идея не будет опровергнута, окажется преждевременной или просто уйдет на второй или пятый по значимости план.

Прогноз на сегодня: Учитывая, что паре пока не удалось прочно удержаться выше уровня 61000, высокая вероятность очередного теста ключевой зоны 57400-58000 сохраняется. Пробить ее сложно, но в случае успеха среднесрочный восходящий импульс будет потерян. Следующие уровни поддержки находятся около 56500 и 53000. She reiterated that mining virtual currencies is excessively damaging and consumes too much energy. Wei also warned state-owned enterprises in the regions against any involvement in it, threatening punitive prices for the electricity consumed. In addition, Reuters reported that the People's Bank of China plans to ban foreign exchanges from providing services to its clients inside the country.

However, this news could not be the only reason for such developments in the market. Despite the recent accumulation of a large number of long positions on major cryptocurrency exchanges, due to which the funding rate on perpetual futures on Binance rose to a six-month high of 0.0589%, such a rapid fall cannot be associated with the liquidation of margin purchases. Thus, according to Matthew Dibb, co-founder of Stack Funds, the number of liquidations was quite low compared to other periods of significant price drops. Одной из причин столь резкого изменения динамики может быть новый твит Илона Маска, в котором он заявил о возможности продажи большей доли в Tesla, чем обещанные ранее 10%. Сами акции Tesla потеряли 3% своей стоимости сразу же с открытием американского фондового рынка на фоне таких заявлений. Но, на мой взгляд, это не оказало такого влияния, как следующее.

В понедельник SEC подала в суд на майнинговую компанию Marathon Digital в связи с расследованием возможных нарушений федеральных законов о ценных бумагах, в результате чего ее акции упали примерно на 17%.

60-дневная корреляция между ценой биткоина и индексом S&P 500 достигла самого высокого значения за 18 месяцев. Корреляция с индексом доллара обратная, и как только доллар пойдет вниз, мы увидим новые максимумы для биткоина.

Еще одним негативным моментом стало подписание Байденом закона об инфраструктурных проектах, который предусматривает налогообложение владельцев криптовалют в качестве источника финансирования. Об одобрении этого законопроекта Конгрессом я писал в предыдущих обзорах.

Нам нужно покупать дешевле, чтобы продавать дороже. Это выглядит пугающе, но страх не должен владеть нами. Нам остается только быть очень чуткими и осторожными, а затем решительными. На заднем плане распространение криптовалют в мире растет. А вместе с этим растет пространство для капитализации и роста цен. Думаю, мы сможем начать размеренно выкупать это падение.

Forecast for today: Resistance in the 63000-63500 zone has been passed, at 60K has been tested.
