Прогноз на сегодня: Важным уровнем остается 60000. Его прорыв сформирует двойное дно на 55600 и откроет дорогу к дальнейшему восстановлению в диапазон 62000-63000. Но в данный момент мы обновляем недавние минимумы. Ключевая зона поддержки 53000-53500. Если она будет пройдена - ситуация приобретет более медвежьи очертания и как минимум нас ждет более глубокая коррекция.

Очередного негатива на рынок добавило известие о подготовке правительством Индии законопроекта о регулировании цифровых активов. Пока известно, что некоторые формулировки в нем прописаны недостаточно четко и при определенной трактовке могут подразумевать практически полный запрет криптовалют. Несмотря на то, что законопроект еще не готов и не принят парламентом эта новость вызвала волну панических продаж на основной индийской криптобирже WazirX. В результате чего цена биткоина и эфира на этой бирже проседала на 16% и 12% соответственно.

С технической точки зрения уровень 55600 существенно окреп после нескольких неудачных попыток его преодоления. В данный момент пара вернулась в диапазон 57000-58000 из которого может стартовать дальнейшее восстановление. Как я уже говорил ранее, для развития позитивного сценария биткоину необходимо закрепиться выше 60000. Если опустимся ниже 57000, очередной тест поддержки исключать будет нельзя.

La noticia de la preparación por parte del gobierno indio de un proyecto de ley sobre la regulación de los activos digitales añadió otro aspecto negativo al mercado. Hasta ahora, se sabe que algunas de sus formulaciones no son lo suficientemente claras y, si se interpretan de cierta manera, podrían significar una prohibición casi total de las criptodivisas. A pesar de que el proyecto de ley aún no está listo y no ha sido aprobado por el Parlamento, esta noticia provocó una ola de ventas de pánico en la principal bolsa de criptodivisas india, WazirX. Como resultado, el precio del bitcoin y del éter en esta bolsa cayó un 16% y un 12% respectivamente.

Técnicamente, el nivel de 55600 se ha fortalecido considerablemente después de varios intentos infructuosos de romperlo. Por el momento, el par volvió al rango de 57000-58000, desde el cual puede comenzar una nueva recuperación. Располагающиеся в диапазоне 50000-54000 ордера на покупку в основном принадлежат именно им. Это внушает определенную надежду на то, что игроки, обладающие значительным объемом средств, не дадут в обиду те уровни, от которых они совершают покупки. Кроме того, несмотря на значительное падение рынка на прошлой неделе, приток средств в криптовалютные фонды за этот период практически удвоился.

Если вчера новостей не было, то сегодня подвезут довольно важную. Вечером будут опубликованы протоколы последнего заседания Федерального Комитета. Они напрямую касаются доминирующей в последнее время на рынке парадигмы о скором и значительном повышении учетной ставки в США, что приведет к снижению инфляции.

According to CryptoQuant, 91 percent of all deposits on all exchanges in the last 72 hours were made by whales.

Those in the 50,000-54,000 range of buy orders are mostly owned by them. This gives some hope that the players with significant amount of funds will not give offence to the levels from which they make purchases. In addition, despite the significant market decline last week, inflows into cryptocurrency funds have almost doubled over the period.

If there was no news yesterday, today will bring quite an important one. In the evening, the minutes of the last Federal Committee meeting will be released. They relate directly to the paradigm that has been dominating the market lately about an imminent and significant increase in the US discount rate, which will lead to lower inflation.

The risks here are unfortunately skewed downward, as the paradigm itself often distorts the perception of the facts. If the minutes show that one or more members voted for a rate hike, or made some hawkish remarks, that could be taken as a reason to sell. If the minutes are as neutral as possible, meaning that no one voted to raise the rate or said anything, the market upside could be limited.

The technical picture remains the same. The 53500-55400 area has strengthened and is holding back sellers for now. Buying around 53500 with a chance to gain around 50,000 looks tempting, however, it is advisable to postpone them until full liquidity returns.

В целом, можно сделать однозначный вывод о том, что традиционные финансовые рынки восприняли новость о назначении Пауэлла позитивно. Несмотря на то, что он принадлежит к лагерю «голубей», Пауэлл воспринимается инвесторами гораздо более умеренным в своих убеждениях нежели другой претендент на эту должность Лаэль Брэйнард. Из этого они делают вывод, что уровень учетной ставки в среднесрочной перспективе будет выше, а инфляции – ниже, чем могли бы быть в случае другого выбора Байдена и вносят соответствующие изменения в свои портфели. На этом фоне доходность по двухлетним и пятилетним казначейским облигациями подскочила до максимальных значений с начала 2020 года, вырос индекс доллара, а котировки золота (традиционного актива-убежища от инфляционных рисков) обрушились. Для криптовалют (нетрадиционного актива-убежища от инфляции) подобные выводы участников рынка оказались весьма некстати.

Прогноз на сегодня: Несмотря на не самый благоприятный новостной фон, техническая картина пары существенно не изменилась. Пока недавние минимума на отметке 55600 не пройдены возможность возобновления роста сохраняется. Крупный объем интереса на покупку продолжает находится около уровней 53500 и 50000, которые могут послужить хорошими точками входа в длинные позиции. Если зафиксируемся над 57800 - ростовая тенденция продолжится. Для полноценного восстановления нужно преодолеть уровень в 61К.
