Even if the notification bell is off on messages, you may still receive the bubble notification on your device (phone / laptop). Wish there were a way where even the visual notification pop-up could be silenced as well because its one of the main things that's precluding me from providing anywhere near as much information as I really want to in here.

Not sure what the happy medium is to ensure that you all can get a ton of really helpful, critical information about an array of things in an orderly manner w/o having eternal visual messages popping up on your device.
