here's a screenshot of the threat for those that are wondering btw (Kyle Horak was the Director of Ibinex, which is attached to Simon Grunfeld and Global Trade Solutions).

quick notes on the above messages- Used to have a "main" Twitter account called 'ProofofResearch' ; it was suspended permanently in late 2019 after I responded to threats from Crypto Capital Co (Kyle Horak) after exposing their recruiting campaign on Telegram. I foolishly lost my head and responded in turn and this individual reported that account, which resulted in the suspension (
apparently its okay to threaten someone, so long as you report their response first on Twitter)
- Hoskinson referred to me as 'merkle' because that was the name of this account back in 2018 (still was playing with some final brand names) - this was back in 2018 before I decided to consolidate this channel into a brand. That decision was prompted by the QuadrigaCX implosion.

Also spoke to Charles directly in the Cardano chat about as well.
As you can see, he was furious.
Told me he was "done here" because he couldn't "stand the stench of garbage anymore". Ouch!
Unprofessionalism aside, his apparent rage over me questioning whether
all of the blame belonged to Parsons for Cardano's lackluster price action (in the middle of a bear market) is still a bit baffling.

Charles Hoskinson Response to This Channel At the time, Charles was really upset that I had published an article covering his insistence that Parsons be outed as the head of the Cardano Foundation.
Reflecting back on it, not sure what was written in the article that particularly got under his skin - https://twitter.com/IOHK_Charles/status/1056062267320487936
I didn't think there was enough information put forth by him for the broader crypto community to agree with his stance.
If it isn't our place to make sure evaluations, then I'm not sure why he felt the need to publish his open letter about Parsons on Twitter (vs. Cardano reddit / forums/ community chats).

Correction Pending I stated in the previous message that 'Cardano Stiftung' is Cardano, not the Cardano Foundation.
I need to double check to make sure that this is true (remember seeing a 'Cardano Foundation', separate from 'Cardano' itself).
Reason for Uncertainty 1. On Twitter, the Cardano Foundation's handle is '@CardanoStiftung'
2. However, Cardano Foundation & Cardano are separate entities. So if they took Cardano in Switzerland on the corp. registry, that would force a name collision for Cardano

Look at some of the other companies that Pascal Schmid is listed as 'owner' over.
Note that "Cardano Stiftung" is Cardano, not Cardano Foundation by the way.
This isn't anywhere close to the full list. This rabbit hole is a
really, really interesting one that's entirely unexplored.

Holy shit - is Pascal Schmid an auditor for E&Y?... Isn't that where Stuart Hoegner (Bitfinex's attorney) was/is employed as well?
Aren't they the auditors that essentially helped Wirecard AG cook their books to the point where >$2B+ was missing? (if you don't know who Wirecard AG is, they were the largest bank in Germany and also the ones that 'crypto.com' relied on to have their cards issued by Visa back in '17)

Which is strange because the Wayback Machine shows that this was on their website as recently as May 2020.
link = https://web.archive.org/web/20200524105656/https://cardanofoundation.org/en/news/cardano-foundation-statement-13th-november-2018/
What made them update that page over the last year to a, 'Page Not Found'? Strange.
Its almost like they didn't want us to know that the head of the Cardano Foundation is also one of the owners of Binance or something...

Oddly enough, the page announcing this decision (by Cardano Foundation) has been removed from their site - https://cardanofoundation.org/en/news/cardano-foundation-statement-13th-november-2018/
