Unless there is another Chinese man in Switzerland with a dual-citizenship in both China and Canada with a domicile from Tokyo / Japan, that also has claimed to be the owner of Binance, specifically & managed to rope in one of the other known founders of Binance (Heina / Guangying Chen) alongside the former head of the Cardano Foundation (Pascal Schmid)
