Thailand and Hungary have entered into a partnership to support blockchain adoption in the financial sector

The Financial Technology Association of Thailand (TFA) and the Hungarian Blockchain Coalition have signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support blockchain implementation in their respective financial sectors. This was announced by the Hungarian Embassy in Bangkok.

The Hungarian Blockchain Coalition was co-founded by the country's Ministry of Innovation and Technology and the National Center for Data and Economic Knowledge in March 2022, while the Thai Financial Technology Association is a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 to help the local financial technology industry.

- The new product is focused on the segment of decentralized applications and is designed to provide high performance, as well as reduce the hardware requirements of network participants.

Third case of legal action sent as NFT in the UK

British lawyer Steven Murray noted that this is the third time in court practice that "a lawsuit in the form of an NFT is sent to a cryptocurrency wallet operator and redirected to the defendant's wallet."

Murray explained that, according to the law, a plaintiff whose cryptocurrency has been stolen must send a statement to the defendant, i.e., the hacker, that he is suing to freeze the stolen cryptocurrency. Thus giving the defendant the opportunity to defend his rights in court.
