ANYmal, a four-legged robot from the Robotics Systems Laboratory at ETH Zurich, effortlessly traverses 120 meters vertically in a 31-minute hike.

Thanks to a new neural network-based controller, the robot combines external and proprioceptive (touch based on direct foot contact with the surface) perception.

French company Gazelle Tech developed a special awning with solar panels for its own electric car Gazelle.

Awning covers an area of 4 square meters. It can automatically open at the parking lot, fully covering the top of the car, protecting it from the external environment in one minute.
