2021-05-01 10:43:35 Yesterday, Airbnb announced their lock-up restrictions on their shareholder’s shares will expire after Monday, May 17.

We are assuming a delivery period of at least 15 business days from 17th of May as the shares must first come from our forward shareholders. The forward shareholders will need to extract the shares from the transfer agent (in some cases, this may require wet-ink signatures and medallion guarantees), send them to their personal brokerage, and then pass them to us.

Once all shareholder's shares have arrived in the Fund's brokerage account, we will initiate its selling and distribution of proceeds to all UAIR holders in Raison.
