Гонкон Hong Kong crypto Companies want to launch a crypto-ETF
Julia Leung, deputy executive director of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), said that "several" applications were received to launch exchange-traded funds (ETFs) based on cryptocurrencies.
She announced that the SFC is reviewing the regulatory regime for the crypto industry and will determine "whether it is suitable for this task."
According to media reports, the bill will be considered by the Legislative Assembly of Hong Kong during the current autumn session.
