Ethereum's unique active addresses surged to a record 7.94 million on Sunday, surpassing the previous high of 7.14 million on January 16, 2018, according to research firm Glassnode. In the last three days alone, this indicator has grown by more than 100,000 addresses, resulting in an 86% growth since the beginning of the year.
Ethereum is becoming the baseline for the DeFi industry and the price of ETH is rising. Genesis Volatility CEO Greg Magadini believes that Ethereum's $ 1 trillion market cap is "an easy target."
