Moonbeam has partnered with Osmosis and Axelar to allow token swaps between Polkadot and Cosmos

Moonbeam $GLMR, a smart contract parachain on Polkadot, has partnered with Cosmos-based DEX Osmosis $OSMO to enable cross-chain token swaps between the Polkadot and Cosmos ecosystems. The integration is made available via the Axelar Network $AXL protocol, which will serve as the bridge infrastructure for the cross-chain swaps. $DOT will be the first token supported on the cross-chain bridge.
