Case number 1 has 80% chances (in my opinion) but as a trader I cannot get caught looking at only one way of the trend.

ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. The market will decide where to go. I can just look at probabilities.

The alternative ending diagonal represents the possibility of the BEARS resisting against the BULLS.

That would actually be a better scenario to me in terms of trading.

Ending diagonals are the BEST PLAY because you can usually identify them easily and place a tight Stop Loss. This gives you a nice Risk/Reward 9 times out of 10.
