In the afternoon of December 22, 2022, with the honor permission of H.E. Dr. Aun Porn Moniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, Chairman of the Non-Banking Financial Services Authority, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) collaborated with Z1 FINANCIAL to organize the Dissemination Workshop on “The Illegality of the Ponzi Scheme” which presided over by H.E. SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the SERC and Mr. Kuy Vat, Chairman of Zillennium Group. In this workshop, there is also a launching event of “ONETIME - Online Financial Education Program” which is a program developed by Z1 FINANCIAL.
This dissemination workshop was organized to promote the understanding about the investment to prevent fraud or scam which affects the trust in securities sector and to strengthen the confidence in the securities sector in Cambodia. The Ponzi scheme is an investment scam that deceives the public by promising high returns with minimal risk. In this event, Z1 FINANCIAL which is a technology development company that invests in real estate technologically also launched the “ONETIME-Online Financial Education Program”. In addition, SERC and Z1 FINANCIAL also organized the networking night to offer an opportunity for investors and market participants to build network.
This event was attended by executives of SERC, Z1 FINANCIAL, Zillennium Group, Securities Firms, Fund Management Companies, Central Counterparty, Derivative Brokers, Firms Providing Services in Securities Sector, Acleda Institute of Business, General Department of National Television of Cambodia and other institutions from the private sector.

នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១៤ រោច ខែមិគសិរ ឆ្នាំខាល ចត្វាស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៦ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយទទួលបាននូវការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីឯកឧត្តមអគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាប្រធានអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ និយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា (ន.ម.ក.) បានសហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Z1 FINANCIAL រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្ដីពី “ភាពខុសច្បាប់នៃគម្រោង Ponzi” ក្រោមអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ូ សុជាតិ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃ ន.ម.ក. និងលោក គុយ វ៉ាត ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃក្រុមហ៊ុន ហ្សីលាននាម ឯ.ក។ នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះផងដែរ ក៏មានការសម្ពោធដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការ “កម្មវិធីសិក្សាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ-OneTime” របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Z1 FINANCIAL។
សិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងពីការវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទប់ស្កាត់នូវការឆបោកនានា ដែលប៉ះពាល់ដល់ទំនុកចិត្តលើវិស័យមូលបត្រ ក៏ដូចជា ការពារប្រជាជនពីការឆបោក និងពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងវិស័យមូលបត្រ។ គម្រោង Ponzi គឺជាគម្រោងវិនិយោគបោកប្រាស់ សាធារណជន ដោយសន្យាថានឹងផ្ដល់ប្រាក់ចំណេញយ៉ាងខ្ពស់ ជាមួយនឹងហានិភ័យដ៏ទាបបំផុត។ នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលា ផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Z1 FINANCIAL ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្នាលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាវិនិយោគលើវិស័យអចលនទ្រព្យតាមបែបបច្ចេកវិទ្យាក៏បានដាក់សម្ពោធនូវ “កម្មវិធីសិក្សាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ-OneTime” ផងដែរ។ នារាត្រីថ្ងៃដដែលនេះដែរ ន.ម.ក. និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Z1 FINANCIAL ក៏បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីរាត្រីជួបជុំជាមួយវិនិយោគិន និងអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងទីផ្សារដើម្បីផ្សារភ្ជាប់ និងបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការជាមួយបណ្តាញវិនិយោគិនកម្ពុជា និងវិស័យឯកជន។
