Construction activity on Seven Tides` newest development on Palm Jumeirah, Seven Hotel and Apartments, has continued pace and the company has now released three new milestones slated for the next six months.
The first is the completion of the concrete structure of the entire development on the 15th November, this will be followed by the completion of the steel bridge which will connect the hotel and residential towers on the 15th March 2021, and finally the completion of the rooftop infinity swimming pool on the 12th April 2021.
Structural work has passed 96% completion, while over 56% of brickwork has also been completed. The grounds on the development have now been prepared and ready for the next stage of work which will involve plastering, painting, ceilings and MEP works.
Once completed, hotel guests and residents within the apartments will have access to a range of restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, a gym, sauna, ballroom and meeting rooms.
