Construction work on Seven Hotel and Apartments, has continued unabated with the company reaching a series of impressive milestones during the past few months, most recently completing 62.5% of overall construction on 15th February 2021.
Other milestones include:
The ground floor concrete slab was completed on 12th October 2020;
The roof concrete slab of the hotel tower was completed on 30th November 2020;
The roof concrete slab of the residential tower was completed on 15th December 2020.
Looking ahead, we are rapidly approaching two exciting milestones which will change the appearance of the building. Firstly, the steel bridge connecting the hotel tower with the residential tower on level 14 will be completed on 30th April 2021. And secondly, the rooftop infinity swimming pool will be completed by the end of May 2021.
Once completed, hotel guests and residents within the apartments will have access to a range of restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, a gym, sauna...
