Investment Overview
06/03/2022, we minted 3 BAPs for a total of 0.51ETH +Gas (#3258, #3259, #3260) after a successful proposal.

Fast forward 7 months (today). The BAP Floor Price has risen to 1 ETH. We accumulated a nice sum of $METH Tokens, through the daily passive income from the BAPs we held (total of 5,400) which we sold.
Each BAP held 1,800 tokens. BAP #3260 was sold WITH the Tokens attached which allowed us the maximize our profit margins.

The BSCWIN DAO still holds BAP NFTs #3258 & #3259. As this allows us to earn another form of passive income, which we can cash in on as & when the DAO feels is nessacary.

Our primary goal has been to expand the DAOs treasury funds. To allow us to develop & market our project without limitations.

In the coming days, a snapshot proposal will be posted, in regards to how we handle the ETH, we acquired from the BAP & $METH Tokens sale.

The DAO should be extremely proud of what they have achieved through this investment

We are fully aware of people's concerns in regards to the direction this project is going & our keen for updates. We are as transparent as we can be.

Brief update, things have been slow we can or will not hide that. This should be understandable given the festive period & the extortionate jump in the cost of living. The DAO Core are just ordinary investors like each & every one of you. We have families to provide for & food to put on the table. Which is earnt from our day-to-day jobs.

We speak with each other daily about how we can take this project forward. A new roadmap has been prepared to await final adjustments. NFT Artist is working away on our new collection. We still need to arrange a call with the Dev we have lined up.

Plenty to do still, but we aren't a million miles away. Our promise to you since the transition from the old team is we will get BSCWIN Bulls to where it should be! WAGMI

DAO Core Now Recruiting!

The DAO Core has re-opened its doors, allowing more Bulls to step up & help organise, direct & execute the community's powerful & intelligent ideas & wishes.

Our latest DAO Proposal has come to its conclusion. Let us take a look at the outcome.

  Replace Stolen Liquidity

In the last few hours we have re-stablished our Pancakeswap (PCS) liquidity pool (LP).

Due to some unforeseen issues whilst recreating the liquidity pair on PCS we have made the decision to utilise BNB/BSCWIN instead of the mirroring the previous pair which was BUSD/BSCWIN.

As the lottery is not currently functional and the other live proposal is overwhelmingly in favour of waiting for re-launch to bring the lottery back, there are no issues with using BNB in the trading pair instead.

Should the proposal ultimately decide that the lottery functionality will be immediately re-established this may be revisited however we do not anticipate this happening at this time.

We have some extremely exciting news to share with you!

Our School Build is finally completed & fully operational. Providing the children of Amohiya, Nepal with a safe environment to further develop their skills & prepare them for the later stages of life, ensuring they can reach their full potential.

As many of you will notice, this school has been completed for some time now. We were waiting until the Project Rebrand kick-started to officially announce the Bull School.

For those of you that are not aware of the recent events, we encourage you to take the time to read the above announcement.

We planned to deploy a marketing campaign (paid promotions with highly thought of Twitter Influencers) for the Completion of the School Build alongside our Project Rebrand. Doing this would have increased our project's brand awareness & targeted a wider audience in & outside the crypto space, as charity work is a real attention grabber.

We feel the time is right to reveal the completion of our first ever BSCWIN Bulls school build. Further down the line, we will run paid promotions on our charity work. But we feel the time is currently not right to do so.

We are absolutely over the moon with how this build has turned out. It has exceeded our expectations!

We owe a huge thank you to our beloved Bull Family, without YOU, this would not have been possible. No words will ever be able to express how grateful we are to call each & every one of you a BSCWIN Bull.

We also owe buildOn a massive thank you for executing our visions & making this build possible. They have been extremely professional in carrying out this build & completed the school to a very high standard. Aled has been our point of contact throughout & has been extremely helpful in providing us with regular updates on the progress being made.

We are only one of a handful of projects that can say they have successfully built a school that is changing the lives of the kids for the future. It is truly remarkable, and we hope this will start a movement to normalise Crypto building schools & ensuring that education is accessible to every child worldwide.

A few days later, the DAO Core received a message from Designer saying they will be re-evaluating how they conduct business with ANON clientele and will be switching all future business to Fiverr, removing the crypto process. 5 hours later, and we received another message from Designer
“Hey guys,
Sorry for the message again. This is important.
We've been doing some more internal discussions on dealing with annon clients. Unfortunetely we've decide based on recent events we are not comfortable dealing with Annon Clientel we believe there poses to much risk to ourselves. And will be focusing on our web2 arm.
We will be issueing a full refund for all the work paid todate as we have terminated the Project mid way.
Could you please send us the wallet address used to send me the payment for the bill of works please

This was and is still a massive shock to us, as so much time, effort, lost trust and damage had been made to us in a matter of days, and to consider how everything was ready to start being deployed. We also noticed that the thief was active on-chain and had swapped the stolen funds from BNB to BUSD while these messages were being sent to us.

This update seems long, but we have tried to keep it as short and informative as possible. The DAO Core have chosen to receive a full refund of all paid work (USD 9000) as we are unsure who to trust at this stage from the older team and want to re-assess the damage that has been done and get community feedback. We also want to open up all questions from the community and host a Twitter space to discuss all these events.

These events are extremely unfortunate and disappointing, but the show must go on as we are BULLs. As mentioned previously in the TG Channel, the DAO have a few announcements to release ... ... ... ... ... ...

Ps. After a small community chat - as we are still not 100% sure who the thief was - we felt it's too risky to add liquidity back to the liquidity pool while the original team members still had access to the 700,000 tokens. These tokens are currently staking in a Unicrypt contract but can be unlocked. As soon as we are in safe possession of these funds via a GNOSIS SAFE, we will enter liquidity and start the backup lottery
Also, a reminder, the thief was possibly 1 or 2 people from the old team. So please don't attack them as you might be going after an innocent person. We have received plenty of help and professionalism from some team members, such as Satoshi and Rastilho and would love to keep this relationship going in the future. Open / Comment
