A new corridor of cross-border remittances between Thailand and Europe will be hosted on the Stellar blockchain
Using the Velo Labs financial blockchain protocol, local financial institutions Tempo Payments and Bitazza will host a cross-border money transfer service that will connect Thailand and 27 European countries.
The corridor will be hosted on the Stellar blockchain and will use Velo tokens and Velo digital credits for on-chain transactions.
The new corridor will serve about 600 million customers in Southeast Asia and Europe.
