The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) asked the country's Ministry of Finance to revoke the license to trade digital assets from the bitcoin exchange Huobi (Thailand).

According to the statement, between February and March 2021, the exchange was accused of violating rules with a flawed management structure and platform. The company had to bring the work in accordance with the law by August 31.

According to the SEC, as of September 2, the company did not fulfill the requirements and did not fix the identified problems.

Earlier in August, the Spanish regulator warned Huobi and several companies about the inadmissibility of working without registration.
