The Kava 11 Upgrade is scheduled to begin in approximately twelve hours at block height #2,098,400.

Therefore, the chain and application will be offline for about two hours when the upgrade starts.

For users who have outstanding borrowing positions on Mint and Lend, please consider lowering the risk margin associated with your borrowing position to prevent it from getting liquidated in case of the market crashes during the middle of the upgrade process.

2022-10-11 00:10:20 Hello, Kava Validators and everyone. A testnet user reported a bug that requires us to postpone the Kava-11 mainnet upgrade.

We recommend voting NO on proposal 100. The engineering team has identified the root cause of the bug and will write additional tests to cover some edge cases we missed. We are targeting the Kava-11 upgrade for October 26th and will post a new governance proposal in the coming week.

Thank you, validators, and many thanks to the Kava testing community for reporting the bug. We will follow up with individuals about a bug bounty. Open / Comment
