What's new since the last update my dear community? Well after rebounding slightly over the weekend BTC is now trading just below the lower bound of its consolidation zone.

The trading volume over the weekend was below its average level once again.

The daily technical situation remains positive but both the MACD and WaveTrend are trading in their oversold territory. On a 4h time frame, the indicators are negative.

What to do?

This is getting tiresome as this consolidation has been going on since the beginning of December but unfortunately, as long as we don't break out from the top or the bottom sustainably, the best thing to do is to abstain.

The trading volume in the previous session was below its average level.

The daily technical situation remains neutral or even negative, although it is evolving in its oversold zone. On a 4h time frame, the indicators are negative.

What to do now?

As annoying as it may seem, the market is evolving in a consolidation pattern and as long as we do not break out of either side of this range, it is wiser to stay away.

What's new since the last update guys? Well, apart from a bounce off the lower bound of our consolidation range, not much.

The trading volume in the previous session was above its average level and if we zoom in 4 hours, the bounce off the lower bound was accompanied by significant volume.

The daily technical situation remains positive with the MACD and WaveTrend giving a buy signal. On a 4h time frame, the indicators are also positive.

What to do now?

We have rebounded once again and this is good news. Still no rush though, at the risk of repeating myself, but we need at least a break of the 50k for a short term higher high but especially the 53k and an exit upwards from this consolidation.

What's new since the last update my dear community? Well, nothing has fundamentally changed, BTC is still in its uncertainty range between 46 and 52k.

The trading volume in the previous session was below its average level once again, this is the 7th time in 8 sessions.

The daily technical situation remains neutral to positive and the situation remains the same on a 4h time horizon.

What to do now?

No rush, but the more a level is touched without breakout on cryptos, the more it tends to resist, unlike currencies for example. If we exceed 53k after this consolidation, we will then look for a retracement entry.

As long as we stay in our consolidation box, nothing to do but be cautious.
