What's new since the last update my dear community? Well BTC is starting 2022 the same way it ended 2021, testing the bottom of its consolidation zone.

The trading volume in the previous sessions was below the average level, indicating a decrease in volatility. Market participants are tiring of this flat pattern, which could trigger an impulsive move lower on a breakout.

The daily technical situation remains neutral to negative. On a 4-hour time frame, the indicators are also negative but we can see signs of a bullish bend on The WaveTrend.

What to do now?

BTC is in an important area right now. If it fails to hold above 46500, we will look for short positions.

What's new since the last update my dear community? Well BTC has bounced off the bottom of its consolidation range once again and is now trading around 48500 again.

The trading volume in the previous session was however below its average level. We would have liked to see more volume on a major rebound.

The daily technical situation remains negative on the WaveTrend and positive on the MACD. On a 4h time horizon, the indicators are positive.

What to do now?

It's been a month and it's starting to get annoying, but as long as we are in this range, any opening of a long position is risky.

What's new since the last update my dear community? Well BTC is now trading in the lower half of its consolidation zone around 47500.

The trading volume in the previous session was below to above its average level. This is not good news when prices are falling.

The daily technical situation is now back to neutral to negative with a sell signal given on the WaveTrend. On a 4h time frame, the indicators are negative.

What to do now?

As long as BTC remains in this consolidation zone, it is dangerous to open a long position. Furthermore, BTC has recently entered a "swing failure pattern", which is typically bearish on its last attempt to break out. We could therefore see a breakout from the bottom of the range, which would allow us to open short positions.
