The technology could potentially solve the problem of frauds, where NFT collection creators abscond after selling tokens without fulfilling other obligations.

In fact, the ERC721R standard works as follows:

- When an NFT collection is created, funds spent to generate tokens are held in escrow by a smart contract.

- Collection creators cannot withdraw funds until the investment freeze period is over.
