July was a heavy period with developments for Persistence, especially when it came to pSTAKE developments.

From huge progress on upcoming implementations and integrations to exclusive features and key releases, it was a blockbuster month across the board

Highlights:

pSTAKE moved closer to finalising its $BNB liquid staking implementation (stkBNB).
$XPRT coin-type is migrating from 750 to 118 via a community proposal.
pSTAKE was featured under the spotlight for an exclusive interview by BNB Chain.
A proposal put forth by Frens validator was passed to increase the Persistence Core-1 active validator set from 75 to 100.
Several blogs were released on BNB liquid staking benefits, ATOM Staking monthly report, XPRT coin-type migration, and a BNB Chain overview.

Recent key highlights:

The XPRT/OSMO pool (#15) on Osmosis is offering APR of ~237% for LPs (with external incentives).
The total number of transactions on the Persistence network has risen ~5% over the last 2 weeks, now over 1.49M.
Weekly IBC transactions over the last 7D total 3,837, an ~18% increase over the last 2 weeks.
Proposals to migrate the $XPRT coin-type from 750 to 118, increase the validator set from 75 to 100, and match $XPRT external incentives were pushed forward.

Users can stake their XPRT on Yieldmos to receive auto-compounded rewards, earning ~42% APY (35% APR).
The XPRT/USDC pool (#719) on Osmosis continues to offer a high APR of ~245% for LPs (including external incentives).
The total number of transactions on the Persistence network has risen over 11% over the last 27 days, exceeding 1.42 million.
The number of Persistence wallets has risen to 46,889.
