It features:
Beta version for native Windows installation : LigoLANG opens up to #Windows developers with its new Microsoft Windows #beta. Using nodejs, you can now install #Ligo thanks to NPM registry or with the Windows installer.

Add support for patterns in top-level declarations:
- Allows nested destructuring of tuples & records in top-level declarations
- Fixes a bug where top-level let destructuring were causing code to be executed multiple times
