Futureswap will launch version V3 in July

In official news, decentralized futures exchange Futureswap has announced its roadmap, according to which the V2 version will be shut down by June 2, a beta version of V3 will be launched on June 21, and a fully functional V3 will be launched on Layer 2 "early in the third quarter."

Futureswap also said that while the V3 version adds new features, it also comprehensively updates the protocols that users have always needed to achieve more efficient transactions unaffected by high gas fees.

In addition, it is reported that v3 of the contract code has been vetted by Trail of Bits, a network security research and consulting firm.

According to the developers, v3 will be a complete overhaul of the protocol that will run on Layer 2 to provide even more efficient transactions unencumbered by high gas fees
