AAVE is a decentralized finance protocol that allows people to lend and borrow cryptocurrencies.
Like the entire crypto market, the price of the AAVE token has been growing since the beginning of the year. At its peak, the price of the asset reached 87 USD (+69% from December prices).
Since January 12th, the chart has been outside the upper Bollinger band, which is an uncomfortable situation for the market.

This led to a correction and since January 19th, the price has been in a sideways trend of $81.3-87.9 (at the level of the price before the
bankruptcy of FTX in November 2022).
On January 25th, the price of the asset broke through the support line with a lower peak of $79.4.

A similar drop was already observed on January 19th, but the price managed to return back to the corridor. The price of $77.7 may become an important milestone.

If the bears manage to gain an upper hand at this level, it will probably be possible to observe a further fall in the future.

A possible factor for further decline may be a lower peak on the MACD histogram for BTC/USD, which is a strong signal for a trend reversal. However, it is most likely that after the correction, the price of AAVE will continue to rise.

The main reasons for the growth may be the presence of the MACD lines, as well as the strength index, above the zero line. Important factors that can shift the scales will be the reports of the largest US companies, as well as the further policy of the Fed regarding inflation.

Since the beginning of January, the price of SOL has been rising. In 3 weeks, the price of the asset increased by 106%. On January 14, the SOL chart crossed the upper Bollinger band, which led to a correction by 14% to 20.8 $

Since the beginning of the week we can spot predominantly downward dynamics. The hourly chart has a pronounced downward trend. Nevertheless, the market remains bullish. The MACD lines, as well as the Elder Force Index, are above zero. In addition, the quotes are above the 30-day SMA, which also indicates the bullish trend .

It’s more likely that the correction is slowing down and short-term price stabilization can be observed in the nearest future. Further movement will be determined mainly by the crypto market sentiment.

We assume that the bullish trend is here to stay and the market will continue to rise. On the other hand, confidence in the token is still undermined by its importance in FTX ecosystem and negative news can work against the asset price.

After the collapse of FTX, the price of the MATIC/USD pair is in a flat at the price $0.7717-0.949. The support line was broken twice on December 19th and December 28th.

Despite the attempts of the bears, the price failed to consolidate below the support line and on 4th of January returned to the corridor with a steady increase to $0.8502.

Given the positive market sentiment, this growth may continue up to the sideways resistance line. This is indicated by the growth of the MACD lines to zero, and the positive strength index. The marker could be $0.8794, the price before the drawdown began on December 15th.

If the price overcomes this threshold, in the conditions of positive market sentiment, it is possible to reach the price of early December.
