In September, HPB's tech team introduced Dynamic Node Election, brought Anonymous Payment closer to release and continued work on the Layer 2 Demo. The community-run Hpdex and hLoot were launched to a warm reception and Bibox listed HRC20-USDT.

Up to 15 loyal and talented supporters of HPB will be incentivised to bring more proposals to HPB’s Council.

These alternative members can join the discussion of proposals before the Council votes and may fill in when there is a vacancy on the Council.

This new continuous way for node operators with BOEs to participate in the HPB node network went live on 25 Sep. Node operators are invited to pledge as soon as they are able, so block rewards can flow to them under the new system.

From 25 Sep, HPB nodes will always be dynamically elected and ranked every 200 blocks to decide which gets to process transactions, write blocks and receive block rewards.

2021-09-13 14:31:00 HPB Foundation to donate HPD airdrop it received！

HPB Foundation has decided to donate all the 4.7M HPD it received from the HPDex airdrop event. Around 77% will be sent to the HPD Community Treasury. The rest will be airdropped to active HPB nodes.
